LBZ-LI Singe Side PE Coated Paper Cup Forming Machine
Brief Introduce : LBZ-LI type single PE coated paper cup machine is the automatic environmental machine with multi-running positions. This machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding , cup-fan-wall sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, rolling,rimming, rounding and tripping. It is an idea equipment of producing drinking cup, ice-cream cup and other food cone-shaping containers.This type paper cup machine is mainly used to make one side PE coated paper cups from 3 oz to 18 oz.

- Paper Cup Sizes: 3,4,5,6.5,8,9,10.5,12,16,18 OZ or other sizes
- Row material: Single side(one side) PE(polyethylene) film coated paper
- Suitable paper weight: 150--400 gsm (Recommend 180--300 gsm)
- Speed of making paper cups: 45--55 pcs per minute
- Limit of temperature control: 0--400 Centigrade

Finished Products' Usage:Single side PE coated paper cups are widely used for hot drinks( hot coffee cups, hot water), some cold drinks(ice-cream cups). One side PE coated paper cups is not suitable for some certain beverage: coca-cola, coke, cold beer. The reason is when a certain beverage or cold beverage filling in one side PE coated paper cups, the paper become softened and the water will leak out slowly. LBZ-L Double Sides PE Coated Paper Cup Machine
Brief Introduce : LBZ-L type double sides PE coated paper cup machine is a development equipment on LBZ-LI single side PE coated paper cup machine. In this type paper cup machine,we add a ultrasonic system to sealing the paper cup body,the ultrasonic system resolve the problem that double sides PE coated paper can not be sealing by heater,the reason is that when a heater is adopted on the outside suface the PE film will be burnt and become yellow or blackish and make the cups shape in ugly. Use LBZ-L Ultrasonic Paper Cup Machine,you can produce both double sides PE coated paper cups and single side PE coated paper cups only exchanging the raw material.
