The characteristics of our Trevi's olive oil are low acidity, intensive fruity taste, emerald green colour and the high quality of Umbria extra virgin olive oil. Il Frantoio has been the first olive oil producer in the world obtaining the Quality Certificate and the first in Umbria obtaining the Denomination of Protected Origin. Every bottle of our olive has to have a code on the label allowing the identification of the single olive farmer the olives came from.
