The new doors and windows are adopted the thermal aluminium profile, with a beautiful appearance and the functions of save-energy, noiseproof, dust-control and waterproof. The coefficient of thermal conducting is less than 3w/m2 .k, which makes the heat loss less half than the general windows and doors. Not only keeps the superior properties of aluminum alloy, but also improves the capability of thermal-break.
By testing, the heat conduction coefficient K of the new type windows is below 2.8w/m2.k. Comparing with normal window, it can save warm cost 27% upwards, reduce refrigeration cost about 30%.The good water tightness and air tightness both reach the national standard of A1 band.
And we introduced the line of powder coating from Switzerland, we also have cooperated with Italy for technology to introduce one producing line of the Heat-transfer Surface Treatment Press, can treat with aluminum profiles and plates surface by imitate wood grain and imitate marble grain, the color is reality and natural, and have excellent properties of resistance to weather of coating, is the best of international surface treatment technology. The windows or furniture making by the decoral profiles, can be coordinated with the whole fitment, avoiding the shortcoming of the wood easily damped , mildew, vermiculate, and decreasing the quantity of the wood, effectively protecting our survival environment.
