• Maximum storage capacity. Milkbot is the only commercially available raw milk dispenser that can hold up 450 litres of milk inside (interior version only). The milk is stored in two stainless tanks of 200 resp. 250 litres.

• Maximum sanitary precautions. Milkbot system ensures that the milk on a way to its customer cannot be contaminated. Milk storage tanks are closed and sealed directly at the farm service room. So the milk is transported to the vending place in sealed containers. Sanitation procedure has two steps - step one is performed directly in the vending machine (cleaning of the tubing with 0,5% alk. or acid liquid Bastuman; step two is performed in the service room at the farm where you wash the tanks and pumps with hoses. In some versions Milkbot may have a low-performance germicidal lamp integrated in the dispensing box - once the customer closes the door the germicidal lamp starts to disinfect all the surfaces within this box. Once the box is open the lamp is automatically switched off.  Your end customers and veterinary authorities will appreciate these features.

Advantage 3

• Maximum milk level control. There´s a simple stainless steel probe which detects two levels in each milk tank. The level one is announced just by sms, which informs you on the lack of milk within the tank, level two announces you by sms that the tank is empty. If it deals with the tank No. 2, it automatically stops the coinage from taking further coins.
