Technical advantage.
The product is a prefabricated emulsion obtained by simple dissolution in water which results from a dehydration process of a mixture containing dairy proteins, lactose and palm oil. The product shows a high degree of disposability and an excellent solubility, which makes it extremely stable and you won’t need additional processes for the homogenization when making such products as ice cream. This allows the producer to obtain a high rate of overrun (more than 100 % using compress air).
The taste on the palette feels very smooth and greasy and contains a lower level of protein than conventional dairy products and is easy to stock with a long shelf life (1 year).
Quality advantage.
The product has very regular characteristics and specification (slightly salted taste, light milky smell and conformity – a powder of a creamy colour), the microbiology level is very low, which allows for a very clean product. Subsequent (ulterior) pasteurization is not needed if the using process is correct and clean with no denaturizing of proteins. You also have the technical and use guarantee of a very large and well known dairy group (company).
Health Advantage.
Fat used is vegetable fats and there is an absence of cholesterol and fat acids, which allows the manufacturer to lower the fat levels of the product such as ice cream.
Economical Advantage.
Always cheaper than 26 % milk powder or low fat milk powder, which allows the price of our products to be stable over a long period and economical in the formulation of ice cream by saving on proteins (no need of casseinates).
