Description

L-SM-B is one of the modified types of the SM. The powder particle structure of this superplasticizer is improved by a special powder spraying dry technology. So the fluidity of the powder is very good. When it is used in the powder building materials, the mixing effect is very ideal. This product is especially suitable to be used in the dry mixing mortars, the gypsum powder, and all the powder materials. It has all the traditional characteristics of the SM, i.e. the higher fluidity, the higher water reducing rate, and the higher plasticity. When this product is used, the early strength and the anti-water-permeability of the concrete will be increased obviously, the construction property and the water keeping ability of the concrete mixture will be better. Its air-entrance rate is lower. It has not the rust effect to the steel bars in concrete. Its adaptability to the steam curing of the concrete is good. Therefore, it is not only suitable for using in the pump concrete, the prefabricated concrete and the tube pile concrete, but also specially suitable for the fair-faced concrete, the decoration concrete, the self-flowing concrete, and so on.. Besides the uses in the concrete, it also can be used in the gypsum as the water reducer to enhance the strength of the gypsum products

Dosage recommendation: 0.3 – 1.8 % (of cement)

Application

This product can be applied in the high strength concrete, the high fluidity concrete, the high duration concrete, the aluminates cement refractory concrete or the low cement refractory concrete, the grouting materials, the steam curing concrete, the high strength mortar, the gypsum products, the self-flowing ground, the stuffing materials, the grouting materials, and so on. It also can be used as the brightened agent for manufacturing the colored ground brick and the shield segment. It is specially used as the dispersion agent in the dry mixing powder materials.

Package, Storage & Handling

1.    For powder, Woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 20kg +/- 0.2 kg or according to customer’s requirements.

2.    Cautions should be taken to prevent from being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are being transferred or delivered.

3.    This powder is easy to adsorb the moisture from the air. So it must be kept in the original sealed bag and stored at the dry place.

4.    The storage period is one year.
