SPMT transporter is composed of modular trailers (driving axle), driven axles and PPU, always used for extremely heavy loads road transport and outsize equipments transportation.
Work independtenly without heavy truck, primier mover, camione, slove the heavy transport, heavy haulage, heavy lifting, oversize cargo transport and overweithgt cargo transport problem for clients.
Hydraulic pressure motors are amounted on the pendulum axles of the powered modular transporters, the pressure comes from pumps which connected with power pack unit. The power pack unit (PPU) connection is additionally equipped with hydraulic cylinders for adjusting the approach angle when moving up to ramps. The self propelled modular transporter has computer controlled the approach of the transport automatically and safety valve to ensure stable pressure of the total hydraulic pressure loop.
Loading ability from 75T to 5000T. With power module, it can realize the remote control. Serveral SPMTs can be combined to transport one large and heavy equippement, under this situation, each SPMT module is connected and cordinated by wireless signal to make the equippment stability. Operator can control the SPMT to move cargo breadthwise or lengthwise to any intended place by control system. The vehicle can be steered circular at any center point or other intended point to get excellent performance.
