The Blastcrete MX-10 is the ultra high-pressure 3-inch swing tube mixer/pump designed for dense refractory shotcrete applications. This unit is composed of two 3 inch pumping tubes and has the highest pumping pressure in the industry at 2200 PSI. This machine incorporates the advantages of swing tube and oil hydraulic system, and also combines mixer, pump and spraying unit in one. The output is infinitely variable speed from 0-12 cubic yards per hour. The CE mark is approved using this machine.
This machine has a 2200lb.capacity hydraulic mixer and 15 cu.ft. Capacity receiving hopper. MX-10 is an oil hydraulically driven twin-piston pump especially suitable for hand-spraying, low cement and low moisture refractory castables, shotcrete and dense material, and also is used for spraying wet-mix concrete.
