High Heat Exchanging Efficiency:
The air-cooling series medium high piston air compressors are all equipped with patent and high efficient heat exchanger. Every stage heat exchanging efficiency can reach more than 90%. In order to protect the heat exchanger from blocking, its cooling area increases 2.5 times.
Stage Difference Compression:
Stage difference compressing technology has been applied for decades of years at abroad. Compared with the same pressure and normal three-stage high pressure air compressor, its piston strength lows around 30%. And 60% lower than two-stage high pressure air compressor.
Low Compressing Ratio and Low Cooling Temperature:
Because of using three-stage compression, its greatest advantage is low compressing ratio (around 3). Theoretically, its discharge temperature is very low, which efficiently lower the shaft power and greatly save power energy.
