KPD-25T Battery droven platform

KPD Series Low Voltage transfer platform is 36v three-phrase low voltage rail electric flatcart, which power-up by  rail sliding contact line. The gound reduction transformer control chest changes threee-phrase AC380V to AC36V, and it feeds to platcart through sliding contact line, then changes threee-phrase AC380V to AC36V through step-up transformer. The flatcart uses three-phrase uses YZ lifting metallurgy motor. Because of no electric cable, it is safe and reliable、not afraid of hot、not afraid of hit and not disturbing traffic. It is telecontrolled and motorized, so it is convenient to factory transportation arrangement. However, the rail construction demand is high, we must ensure the rail be insulation. When the ruunning distance exceeds the demanded distance, the rail should add copper platoon line. When the distance is too long, we must add the number of step-down transformer.

The end of rail have big electric step-down, because the starting current  flowed  rail is very big (to 1000A)when the KPD platcart start-up.This causes single-phrase capactitor motor starting difficully.Therefore, the maximum load of  the single-phrase flatcart is 50t. When the load exceeds 50t, you should use three-pfrase 36V low voltage to supply power.
