This is a kind of soy sauce powder which can be recovered to Liquid soy sauce after adding some percent of water and salt----Uses the pure brewed and fermented soy sauce as the raw material, through compounding, Embedding, spray-dryness processing, with full-bodied soy sauce fragrance and ester fragrance. It’s very convenient for transportation, storage, and use. So far, it has been exported to some countries like Bulgaria,Ukraine,Pakistan,Turkey,Philippines,and gained high reputation from our foreign clients.
Recovery Guide
It’s a goodish seasoning both for industry and family. It’s very simple to use this item:1KG soy sauce powder mixed with 3KG water and 0.25KG salt, we’ll get 4KG soy sauce,The directions are only references for you,you can produce(adding different percent of water and salt) as per your own favorite savor and flavor.
Storage guide:
Short time storage for family---Heating the soy sauce to boil and store into the glass bottle when it’s hot.
Long time storage for factory---Heating the soy sauce to 85 centigrades and preserve for 40 minutes, cooling to 60 centigrades and adding 4.5% edible alcohol (as an antiseptic), packing is ok!
