Corporate WISH CGHSis a guest history / Customer Information System (CIS) that tracks guest profiles by any relevant parameter set by an individual hotel or hotel chain. For example, guest is a vegetarian/non-vegetarian, guest's golf handicap, favorite masseur at the spa, preferred room attributes, preferred table at the restaurant, etc.
In addition to user defined guest attributes, Corporate WISH CGHS also tracks 'incidents' during the guest's visit, records guest feedback and acts as a communication centre & guest contact log.
Corporate WISH CGHS data can be shared across properties from a stored central database.
