KSFQ1300-II High Speed Slitting Machine(3motors)

This machine is suitable for recoiling and slitting the material of PE, BOPP, CPP, PVC, Paper, etc. With the high speed, stability, good sensitivity and convenient for operation.

Major characters and configurations:

1) Main motor adopts 5.5KW inverter motor, and use Yaskawa G7 inverter control.

2) Unwind tension is automatic balance tension control closed loop. Tension is realized to KEDI FMI0500 fully automatic balance tension sensor.

3) This machine is up and down double shaft coiling. The rewind main shaft is air shaft.

4) Rewind tension institution is double vector motor 5.5KW, inverter fully control the tension, and realize the taper tension.

5) Unwind error-correction adopts the simulation photocell error-correction.
