This equipment is our newly-designed machine with its vacuum chamber made of stainless steel, for coating various multi-layers transparent or opaque films, reflective films, iridescent films on resin spectacles or other materials for the purpose of industrial or decorative objectives. Equipped with crucible, E-beam gun, resistor evaporation, film thickness monitoring system, PLC computer controlling system and ionization source, coupled with effective vacuum pump group system and efficient cryotrap, it can realize coating speed and process under auto control with advantages of film evenness of high quality.
This machine can be equipped with PLC computer controlling system, Turbo molecular pumping system, auto pressure controller and mass flow gauge as per customer?s requirements.
