In April 2005, the former KMT Chairman, Mr. Lien Chan visited Changsha, the capital city of Hunan Province. A very elegant ,two-sided embroidery was presented to President Lien Chan by deputy secretary and governor Zhoubahua of Hunan Provincial Party Committee. In May 2005, Chairman James Soong of Taiwan visited his hometown of Xiangtan in Hunan Province, and his relatives there also presented him with fine Hunan Embroidery.
