GALINA is grown in our owned broiler frames to insure feed quality and nonaddition of antibiotic or any medicine. GALINA is guaranteed to be corn fed only. Owing our broiler frames insures that not a single broiler is slaughtered with any medical traces .
GALINA is slaughtered and allowed 2.5 min. to bleed by gravity to insure no blood stains traces is found in the meet tissues.
GALINA is slaughtered completely fully automated plant with no human intervention and this guarantees the best quality, cleanliness and highest levels of hygiene of the chicken.
GALINA is the only chicken in the market produced without the neck and this insures more meat yield and higher quality.
GALINA is the only chicken in the market that passes through a final control machine that insures the suction of the lungs and any remaining fat .
GALINA passes through a cold water chiller containing air blower to massage the meat to tenderize the chicken muscles. We insure that the chicken is stock frozen to reach –20C in a coarse of three hours to insure the stunt of bacterial growth.
