Cooper: copper is selected strictly and ensure that they have no bad influence on the quality of Cu-P master alloy.

Phosphor: the content of metal inclusions is lower 0.1%, which doesn¡¯t affect nearly on the quality of Cu-P master alloy.

The proprietary production technology of Cu-P alloys is developed by our company. the process of melting, alloying, and casting are conducted in the atmosphere without oxygen. During alloying, the temperature and content of phosphor of liquid alloy can be shown and controlled exactly, and liquid alloy can be stirred thoroughly by magnetic force. So Cu-P master alloys are homogeneous and consistent in composition, advanced production technology and stringent quality standard ensure the superior quality of our Cu-P master alloys.

Physical Appearance:

The Cu-P master alloy products provided by our company are in shot and waffle.

Shot Form: Cu-P master alloy is in small spheres or pieces as cast.

Size:1/16-3/4inch (1.60-19.00mm)

Waffle Form: Cu-P master alloy is in ingot with trench as cast.

 Weight: 10kgs/Pc

Packing:

Each lot to be packed is separately and identified its melting number.

Shot Form:  250kgs per iron drum, each lined with polythene bag with dryer together.

Waffle Form: 1000kgs per case, each case is lined with polythene sheet with dryer together.
