Introduction
APW EuropeTM AT series CNC grinding machine integrates the functions of right-angle grinding, non-conventional type grinding, round angle grinding, decorative boarder grinding, polishing and fixed-position reloading. It utilizes industrial control servo motor system, which makes the learning and operation easier. The machine transforms the CAD/CAM drawing into operation code directly, and can choose different diamond grinding wheels according to the shape of the edge. It makes modification of the grinding wheels through simulating inspection. It is a processing center widely used in edge grinding and 3D engraving of glass and stones.
The unique material reloading function of APW EuropeTM AT series CNC grinding machine makes the operator to be able to load and unload the materials at the fixed-position near the bed edge. The leaning bar is stable and reliable. After loading, the material will be moved automatically into the processing zone and machined. When processing is finished, it will be taken back to the loading position. After reloading, it can recycle the same process, and the recycle times and processing can be set. The operation is easy and timesaving. The reloading and processing are convenient and reliable, since the loading position is pointed, and the transport is achieved by ball screw. The location is accurate, high quality and efficiency and there is no second time error.
