Our Company, Egegur Casting Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of gravity die casting and sand casting products, offering complete in-house machining on CNC and conventional machines. We are able to design, diecast, machine and finish the surface of many kinds of parts. Equipped to provide a wide variety of custom products, we are capable of producing castings in aluminium alloys up to 20 kg. with a casting capacity of 360 tons yearly. We are also able to manufacture various types of dies in-house utilizing Unigraphics NX-2 CAD/CAM. We have relevant expertise and technology for producing the best quality parts as per international standarts and we have been awarded ISO 9001: 2000 Certification. We have been supplying various cast parts of light and heavy duty commercial vehicles to reputable Turkish manufacturers in the auto industry for over 25 years.
