HT Grade Graphite Rigid board / Felt Density: 0.18g/ccHi temp processed, Hi performance for Hi temp & Hi tech. furnace.
The HT grate of graphite Felt is one kind of high performance graphite felt under the progress of the high temperature. With our special technologies as the high temperature, the density is only 0.18g/cc, and the carbon content is more than 99%.
The HT grate of graphite Felt can be widely used in any kind of Vacuum Furnace, such as High Temperature Vacuum Furnace, Sintering Furnace, Silicon Furnace, Polysilicon Furnace, Synthetic diamond Furnace and so on.
It is woven of PAN based carbon fiber, have heating element carbon cloth and insulating carbon cloth .Also,used to reinforce carbon/carbon composites materials.Applied to generate heat unit in vacuum furnaces ,and it is a excellent heat insulation.
