PROCEDURE: Buyer visits Accra for physical inspection and control of commodity. Buyer and seller sign sales/purchase contract agreement covering the shipment of the offer of 295kgs of gold .seller and buyer move commodity from security house to geological Office for lab test of analysis confirming the quality and the purity of the offered commodity. Upon positive result, seller receives Geological report of analysis and hands over to buyer.

PAYMENT: Buyer is not expected to pay any money until the product is received in his/her destination. Though buyer will pay only for the export duties and insurance. Buyer will deduct these during payment.


We receive the payment through our designated Bank account.
DOCUMENT: We shall produce for shipment certificate of company registration and export permit certificate when shipment in the present of the buyer or representative. We shall deliver the following documents to buyer the day goods are to be ship to his destination.

 3.Geological department. Assay Report
 4.Export Permit
 5.Full Sets of customs Documentation's
 6.Insurance Certificate.
