The buyer must provide a sanitized Bank Reference Letter. There is no need for any account information or for the buyers name; these can be sanitized by the buyer. The letter must state that the buyer is capable of buying the quantity of gold he is seeking; that he is a customer in good standing and that the funds are of non-criminal origin. The letter needs to be signed by two bank officers.
Note:The Seller is not asking for POF. Once the reference letter is sanitized, it has no value as POF and cannot be exploited.
