Is Ok to send soft offers but only if you are prepared to send official FCO with actual date, addressed to buyer with in next 48 hour after buyer is interested and gives his information. The official FCO has to be issued buy Seller or his authorized mandate and sent to buyer for his approval with NCND including all intermediaries involved from buyer’s mandate.
Upon receiving FCO accepted by buyer, seller or his mandate must send contract according to FCO with his information for buyer to fill and sign. (no buyer will sign blank contract)
Buyer sends to seller, contract and MFPA including all intermediaries from seller’s mandate for buyer for his signature. From that moment contract is valid. Buyer and seller log contract in their Banks,
Bank to Bank make POP and POF and arrange payment and PB
Seller starts deliveries.
