"FANTASTIC ROAD" GLASS BEADS FOR ROADMARKING

Product:

With years’ development and research, now Lutong Company has three big series of glass beads for road marking with different kind features. They are Mixed glass beads, Selected glass beads, and Selected ore glass beads.

Mixed glass beads: refractive rate -1.5, lum -230-260, and impurity rate -5 per mille.

Selected glass beads: with refractive rate between 1.4-1.5, impurity rate of 3 percent, small amount magnetic beads.

Selected ore glass beads: with refractive rate less than or equal to 1.4, impurity rate about 5 percent, small amount pied beads.

Appearance：

Colorless transparent spherical particles, loose without clumped, smooth surface, roundness shape without excessive bubbles or impurities.

The features and applications：

Glass beads for road marking used to improve the retroreflective effect of marking materials and improve the safety of the drivers driving at night by retroreflecting the headlight beam of vehicles back to the drivers. It widely used in road marking (premix in thermoplastic or drop on during construction), sign, delineation line of barrier, etc. It is the most effective and inexpensive method in protection of road safety.

Storage：

1. Stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, laying by category, forbidden to mix with strong acid, alkali and any other wares which has a corrosive effect on the glass beads.

2. This product should be handled gently; otherwise the package may be broken.

3. Keep off sunlight and water.
