It is used to produce Surgical Gauze Compress(gauze swabs, gauze sponge) of standard sizes 2?(5cmx5xm), 3?(7.5cmx7.5cm) and 4?(10cx10cm) in 8, 12, 16 ply.
One machine only can make one size gauze.
Other special sizes can be built as per need

1-Special sizes:2?x3?(5cmx7.5xm),3?x4?(7.5cmx10cm) and 4?x5?(10cmx12.5 cm) in 8,12, 16 ply are also available.
2- X-ray detectable threads are simultaneously heat-bonded
3- Humidifiers are equipped for better shaping.
4- Capacity:45 sheets/min/channel (2? , 3? , 4??2 channels; 4? X 8? ? single channel)
5- Power:AC380V 3 phase, 50Hz,4KW
6- Dimension: L2500mm x W1400mm x H1950mm
