By letter of credit or Bank guarantee, confirmed, irrevocable, transferable, discountable from a prime bank to permit us the payment of the government exportation tax which is on the charge of the customer but refundable from the amount total after the result of the refinery.     
 
Please let us have your letter of intend, the name and full address of your refinery to enable us to send to you our proforma invoice. One for the Exportation tax and the other one for the amount total.
