RE: Offers.
We will be able to offer you Frozen Boiled Topshell Meat of the new catching season from
the second half of May, 2002. Prices could be negotiable during the catching season and they
depends mainly on the catching situation and on the ordered quantity per month and/or season.

RE: Our best Offer for Current Stock Quantities:
For stock quantities, out of the season, if any left, of course, prices are very low, as exception.
For example now we have some stock and we can offer you only this stock quantities on the
exclusive prices, as follows:
L - 37872 kg in 2367 cartons at USD 3.90 / per kg
M - 2096 kg in 131 cartons at USD 3.70 / per kg
S - 656 kg in 41 cartons at USD 3.20 / per kg
So, you can have 1x20" reefer container (12288 kgs/net in 768 cartons) or
1x40" (20000kgs/net in 1250 cartons) with immediate shipment.
Regard the assortment - you can choose by yourself from our available stock quantity, now.
Prices are on CFR Busan Port basis.

Additional Exclusive Offer:
Please, be informed, as well, that if you purchase 1X40" FCL - 20000 kgs with L size, only
we offer you L size at exclusive price of USD 3.85, CFR Pusan Port.

Important Note: Normally the prices during the season are much higher. Price levels are with about USD 0.60-0.80 higher for each size than our current stock offer,
now.

Payment Term: By Confirmed Irrevocable L/C opened in Raiffeisen Bank Bulgaria.

RE: Documents provided with every shipment:
1. Signed Commercial Invoice in 3 Originals
2. Full set of Clean on Board Ocean Bills of Lading, marked Freight Prepaid, Notify Buyer.
3. Packing List in 3 Originals
4. Certificate of Origin in 1 Original and 3 Copies.
5. Health Certificate in 1 Original and 3 Copies.
6. BeneficiaryÂ¡Â¯s Certificate stating that one set of non-negotiable shipping documents has directly sent to the Buyer.

FYI: Quality.
For each shipment Bulgarian Health Authorities issued Health Certificate with following datas,
which are checking for each shipment:
- Salmonella in 25g - negative;
- K positive Staphylococcus in 1 g - negative;
- Coliform in 1g - negative;
- Vibrio parahaemoliticus - negative;
- Total number of aerobic mesophilic microorganisms in 1g, or in other words Viable Bacteria counts the most important point - usually less than 1000, but in some cases even less than 300 !
