We are Egyptian International Trade Point, we have company called
Ismailia Slaughterhouse Co. (Meatland) is considered one of the first well established Egyptian companies in the production of all different kinds of meat , and it is the only company within the middle east that owns mechanized abattoirs and also it is only companyâ€™s farm and shareholder breederâ€™s frames .
The company started its activity in 1985 and it advanced in a fast and a well planned manner, which was accomplished by the company at the begging by resorting to European expertise in the setting up of the abattoirs , factories and the machines . The cost of this preparation that continued for a period of two years was 11 million Egyptian pounds.
The Companyâ€™s products :
( 1 ) Frozen meat which consists of the following :
burger, minced meat, various kind sausage, kebab hallal and luxurious steack.
(2) cooked meat which consists of the following :
luncheon which comes in two kinds : cold luncheon or dried luncheon which both come in numerous kinds of meat either in calfâ€™s or beef meat and the production of cooked meat within our company has been assisted through co-operation with French expertise which was represented through co-operating with French expertise which was represented through the â€œ Esladilice â€œ company which is famous for its halal cut cooked meat in France .
( 3 ) Fresh meat :
The fresh meat consists of whole meat carcasses, half meat carcasses and special cuts which are derived from the best quality of beef , sheep and goats meat .
( 4 ) Fodder Additives :
Powdered blood, powdered bone, powdered meat and raw fat.
The slaughtering occurs in the companyâ€™s abattoirs and according to the Islamic law.
The company covers the markets of the Arab Republic of Egypt with its unique high quality meat products, and it also exports to all of the Arab and European markets.
