Manufactured by a technically advanced process, the PA media form a high-loft, chemically inert blanket, made from non-breathable, resin-bonded, continuous glass filament blanket that effectively entraps high quantities of coarse dusts and mists whilst allowing air freely flow through the dust laden medium.
PA media represent the best answer for collecting finely dispersed paint overspray from air being exhausted from.
PA media are optimized for application in car repair spraybooths: unrolled, just underneath the removable gratings of down-draft spraybooth floor, or applied , like a curtain, over the suction grilles, on the end wall of cross-draft type spraybooths.
PA-50(Green)
Light weightgrade, ideal for floor graing trays of car repair spraybooths, wherever the overspray emission is low or discontinuous.
PA-100(Green)
The 40”extra dense medium for suction wall blanketing in crossdraft type booths, for industrial painting processes.
PA-70
A 3” medium, with high fibre density, for extra dust holding capacity and higher efficency; it is recommended for intensively used plants and any installation in countries where emission of paint dust is restricted by law.
