All fermentation tanks are welded with the imported high quality stainless steel achieving to the food sanitation standard. The inside is mirror polish and the outside adopts the second smooth polishing. It can keep warm by imported PU foam with bottom cone type.
The cooling jackets of fermenting tanks adopt dimple plate, arch channels and fitting channels etc. to exchange the heat. There are many pipelines between the fermenting tanks such as washing pipelines, material pipelines, cooling medium circumfluence pipelines and CO2 pipelines. With the help of PLC auto-control system, the equipment can achieve to automatic and semi-automatic. This guarantees the accuracy of the process parameters and experimental results.
At the same time, each fermenting tank attaches a JMC-1 type yeast concentration detector which achieve the advanced international level; realizing online testing, fully guarantee the veracity of the testing, get a historic breakthrough on microbial cells detection in beer equipment.
