FDN-1 Superplasticizer
The product is the non-air-entrained type of high range water reducer with ¦Â-naphthalene sulfuric
acid-formaldehyde condensed polymer as its main composition.It is chloride-free,so no corrosive ac-
tion on reinforcement bars.It can be widely used in concrete engineering of road,civil building,water conservancy and so on.

ΒΆΓ±.Main properties:
 
  1.The amount of the agent required is 0.25-1.2% relative to the weight of cement,rate of water reduction is 14-28%;3-day and 7-day strength is raised by 40-80%,and 28-day strength is raised by
25-50%.
  2.It can increase the slump of concrete more than three times with the same amount of water and
cement used.
  3.10-20% cement can be saved with the same compressive strength of concrete.

ΒΆΓ².Ways of used:
 
  1.The amount of the agent required is 0.25-1.2%,usually 0.5-0.8%.
  2.The ways of the product added in(according to the different condition):
  (1)Simultaneous method The dry powder can be directly added in cement or concrete ag-gregates first,then the mixture goes on being stirred after watering.It can be also dissolved in water first.
The this solution would be added in concrete aggregates with other water requirement together.
  (2)Added in after watering Powder or solution won't be mixed in until the concrete aggre-gate has been  stirred with water for one or two minutes.
  (3)Afterwards method In one or several batches,the product should be added in the con-crete transported by a stirring truck,during the transportation or after arriving at the construction site,then the mixture should go on being stirred.

ΒΆΓ³.Pack and keep
 
  1.The powdery product is packged with sack as outer pack and plastic bag as inner,40kilogam for every package.
  2.It should be kept in a dry place.
  3.It is availability in two years.
