Our olive oil is complying with international Specs. and CEE Reg. 2568/91 . we can summarize them as follows :-
„h Acidity less than 1% .
„h Maximum peroxide rate 10% .
„h Max. Humidity level 0.1% .
„h Colour light yellow with touch of green .
„h Oleic acid 74 ÿV 80 % .
„h Filtteration passes through three stages (Sand & Cotton and Paper)
