Material:All parts of this vanity is made from select solid wood . All wood is properly dried to prevent warping and cracking.

Inner Construction:All Design Element wooden vanities use framed type construction. This ensures stability and unsurpassed durability for many years to come. We do not produce knock down or flat pack type of cabinets.

All vanities are fully assembled at the factory using superior joinery techniques that are made to hold together for a lifetime. All vanities are fully assembled (unless noted otherwise), have interior shelving, and a large circular cut out in the back for plumbing.



Finish:All vanities have carefully sealed finish to prevent peeling and fading in high humidity conditions. The color for this vanity is achieved through the use of two coats of paint and a clear-coat layer . Which are attractive and moisture protection and also can protect your furniture from ware and damage that may occur in daily use. Item color displayed may slightly differ from actual product appearance due to different computer monitor display settings.

Please note: Faucets are not included.

Counter Tops:All of the vanities come with solid natural stone counter tops (unless noted otherwise) that have been sealed at the factory to prevent staining and water marks. Counter tops are pre-drilled for faucet or single hole as noted above and are attached (unless noted otherwise). Backsplashes are not available due to high freight damage occurrences. We recommend either shopping at your local hardware store for matching granite or marble, or consider using tile as an alternate backsplash.
