Overview of Elevator



Elevator is used for lifting the crushed materials and block materials. The machine is applicable for the crushed materials and block materials, such as coal, cement, block, sand, clay and ore. The bucket elevator is allowed to convey materials with high temperature when armed with special circle chain structure.

 

Feature and technical requirements of Elevator



1) Large capacity,high-yield of single conveyor, and high height of hoisting.

2) The ring chains has moderate hardness, high intensity and good wear resistance.

3) There is sealed treatment in head, tail and middle parts, and there is no fly ashes and environmental pollution.

4) Drive equipments have vertical axis reducer and hydraulic coupling, and make it stable running.

5) The lower part use gravity take-up unit, which can take up automatically and make the conveyor work normally.

6) The upper and lower pulleys are modular chain sprockets, which can work conveniently, save materials and reduce maintain fee.
