#AUTOMATIC VACUUM SHAPE MOLDING MACHINES

#AUTOMATIC VACUUM BLOCK/BOARD MOLDING MACHINES

#AUTOMATIC VACUUM PRESSURE EXPANDING MACHINES
Pre-Expanding of EPS raw-materials as per the repuired foam ratio for the second process under the accurate control and measurement of the system.
Aging term of the Pre-Expanded material required is only for 30 minutes that the aging silo and drier are not required in the machine.
Electronic scale allows exact weighting from 0 to 20kg with accuracy of 25g per weighting.
Exact expansion ratio controlled by photo cell contribute optimal expansion.
