Our company is developing the Antarctic Krill catching business.
We plan to have the under mentioned Goods:
1. Deep frozen natural krill minced meat (paste) without any thermal processing. This
product contain protein and vitamins as fresh Antarctic krill.
This product is prepared raw material for subsequent industrial processing on land plant.
Can be used for food, medical and other health and nutrient industries.
2. Deep frozen cooked natural krill meat.
The production process the same as for previous product, but exclude the pressing (in order to save krill tail intact) and include boiling (cooking) process.
This is fully prepared product ready for used in food industry, restaurant business and personal consumption.
All what is nessasary it is only to throw boiled water before use.
Used for prepare various dish (including soup, pie, pizza, salad and other delicious product).
3. Frozen Whole round Antarctic Krill (Euphasia Superba) puberty (or some time it is called Pink or Red colour)
Frozen Whole round Antarctic Krill (Euphasia Superba) not puberty (or it is called Green colour)
4. Krill Meal
Packaging: polypropylene bags with black polyethylene liners.
Net weight of bags 25 kilos net.
