Condensation(tin) cured RTV 2 Silicone Description :

RTV mold making addition silicone are generally named as two-part addition silicone rubber that vulcanises at room temperature.Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent(platinum catalyst). It features an exceptional fluidity ,good operability,excellent physical properties and very low shrinkage. The mixing ratio between Part A and Part B can be 10:1 or 1:1.

RTV addition silicone is widely used in rapid prototyping industry, typically used for making 20 to 40 pieces of functional prototypes out of broad range of polyurethanes and other polymers.silicone tooling is the fastest, most accurate, and least expensive way to create duplicates of a prototype part .Merchandise made in our addition silicone moulds have a high quality analogous to the final product, which makes them particularly advisable for fit and performance testing and advertising purposes.

Notice:

All above addition silicone is forbidden to mix with organic compounds of condensation cure silicone rubber,otherwise, the silicone rubber will not cure, and also should not mix with organic compounds containing S, P, N as well as metallic salt of organic acids. It also will cause this product cure uncompletely or not cure.
