In addition, CMC is also used in ice cream, bread, cake, biscuit, instant noodle and fast paste food for product molding, taste improvement, , water retaining and tenacity strengthening. And FH9, FVH9, FM9 and FL9 have good stability for acide. The products with extra high viscosity have good thickening character.
