Catalytic converter is one of most important parts of vehicles emisstions control systerm,adopting ceremic honeycomb as the carrier, which coating the active oxide of rare earth complex cover,and make rare-earth and little noble metal as catalyst.

The outer shell of catakytic converter adopts corrosion resistant,high-temperature resistant material(stainless steel)to make. we use high-tech welding technic to seal,not only it seems beautiful but also it is very srong and durable.
The catalytic converters install and work in the following limited scope:
1.Light-off temperature is approximately≤250.The light-off temperature refers to the temperature of 50% conversion rate after warm-up adequately.
2.The catalytic converter will have the best anti-aging and conversion ability when the bed temperature is at between 300 to 700.
