Manufacturing Process
Primary Zinc Oxide is produced by the oxidation of metallic Zinc vapour at elevated temperatures.
Zinc Oxide is manufactured according to the French Process. The zinc metal is vaporised in a suitable container by external heating. The vapour developed in this way passes into an adjoining chamber where it is allowed to oxidise and produce the fine Zinc Oxide powder. The fine powder is collected by filtration in a baghouse system, and then packed.

ZINC DUST

Manufacturing Process
Zinc dust is manufactured by a method based on the English process where zinc dust is obtained by distillation. The evaporated zinc is condensed under defined conditions. The particle size distribution of the product is obtained by screening and air classification.
