Selling Unaged "Pot Still" Rums in 22,000 to 25,000 Litre ISO Shipping Containers at 85% alcohol/volume from our Caribbean Distillery.  "Pot Still" Rum is more flavorful (Flavor concentrated) than the more common "Column Still" rum and as a result more desirable. The Jamaican Technique is truly unique and quite famous for its Pot Still rums many Bottler/Blenders buy Jamaica's Pot Still Rum to blend with various "column still" rums from alternate Caribbean Islands.

The three types of rums offered are Light Pot Still Rum (ester range 60-119), Medium Pot Still Rum, (ester range 120-239), and Heavy Pot Still Rum  (ester range 240-360).

Samples can be made available along with Gas Chromatograph results.
