Our products can be used in saunas (sweating shelves, finishing boards for walls), flooring, building finishing works, further manufacturing of any kind of wood products like doors, windows, parquet, tables, chairs, e.t.c.? The furniture industry, kitchen cabinet and flooring manufacturers as well as edge glued panel producers utilise our cut-to-size birch components that are ready for use in their own manufacturing process. The advantages are 100% use of raw material, no waste - you only buy what you need in production - and thus lower shipping costs.
The components are normally kiln dried to 8% (or as per your request) and are?
cut-to-size according to the customer's specifications.
Usually these products are shipped in various qualities, typically like:
1) Straight 4sc white pieces without any defects, for example for kitchen cabinet doors?
etc. (4SC - A grade)
2) Material with limited defects allowed, for example sound knot oriented and/or?
limited to one or some of the faces only. These are typically used in parquets,?
face frames, drawer sides, chair tops etc. (3/4 SC - A/B grade)
3) Economic special grades. Such includes ones like knotwise 1-4sc Aspen and?
