We manufactures exclusively parts in steel/KUGLER TOKAT bronze, intended to solve friction problemes with high reliability. These parts are developed to meet the most demanding applications where extreme operating conditions are encountered: severe mechincal stresses, high speed, high accuracy, high temperatures ect. Bimetal Applications
1)Hydraulic Pumps and Motors *Compact design - one unique part in two different materials. * Supports high pressure - up to 600 bar * Excellent sliding properties. *Choice of different TOKAT bronze alloys onto resistant steels.
2)Machine Tools and Presses * Minimum of bearing clearance for highest precision. * No vibrations or resonances improving the quality of the end product. * Excellent sliding properties reducing wear of the bearing and the heating of the lubrication oil. * Choice of different TOKAT bronze alloys onto resistant steels.
