LD model Single Girder E.O.T Crane is a light, small and rail-bound crane that works with type CD1 (single speed) or MD1 (dual speed) electrical hoist. It has a load capacity ranging from 1 to 10t with span of 7.5 and 31.5m with working duty ranging from A3 to A5. It can be generally applied in building, and assembling machine and warehouses. There are two operational forms: ground and cabin operation with two door-opening modes are available for customers. The crane should work in the ambient temperature ranging from －25℃ to +40℃, thus inapplicable to work in flammable and explosive environment and places pervasive with corrosive gas as well as with relative moisture greater than 85%. It is inapplicable to utilize it for handling molten metal material and the poisonous, flammable and explosive materials. This product is in compliance with the national standard GB1306-94 for LD Single Girder E.O.T Crane.
LX model is in compliance with the national standard JB/T2603-1994 for LX Single Girder E.O.T Crane. It is light duty rail-bound crane that works with CD1, MD1, Kito, Hitachi, etc. electrical hoist. This model belongs to general purpose crane which usually applies to mechanical fabrication, assembly and warehousing places. The crane works in the ambient temperature ranging from －25℃ to +40℃ with ground control. Compact structure, light weight, easy maintenance and lost cost form the major strengths of this model.
SL model is composed of girder, larger traveler transmission mechanism, hand lever monorail traveler, etc. Larger traveler and load hoisting are made by hand pull chain drive. It is mainly applied in supply unavailable and non heavy duty workshop, quay, power station, warehouse for loading, unloading, weight moving and equipment maintenance. SLX model is in compliance with national standard JB3775 and applied in ambient environment not less than －20℃. The capacity is between 0.5-3.2 t.
QD model is widely applied in indoors and outdoors for weight lifting and moving, with working duty of A5 and A6. QC model crane, with disassembly available electromagnetic disk, is typically applied in metallurgy workshop and warehouse to handle black metal blocks. The working class is heavy duty A6. The crane is composed of casing bridge, larger traveler mechanism, trolley, electrical instrument and electromagnetic disc. All mechanisms are controlled in cabinet, with rain proof utility at outdoors. QN model, equipped with hook and grab, is usually applied in high productivity and material variant environment.
MG model is double girder type and suitable to be applied to load, unload and transport in open-air storage houses, stock grounds, railway warehouses, and seaport docks with various hooks available for various operation. All devices are operated in the cabinet. Electric conduction modes have cable mode and slider mode. The environmental temperature of this serial cranes should be between－25℃ to +40℃.The average temperature in 24 hours should not be higher than +35℃. The operation site altitude should not be higher than 2000m. If the altitude is higher than 1000m,the volume of motors should be checked. MZ model is grab type and MDG is single girder type.
