Description:
· The whole set is assembled with a ball fiber machine and ball fiber transporter which will deliver the finished ball fiber to the next program automatically after the time adjusted
· It is mainly used for textile stuffing productions, such as pillows, cushions and quilting, plush toys etc
· The suitable material conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length
· According to the ball fiber size and different production required, the producing time can be adjusted easily, and the finished ball fiber will be delivered automatically after the adjusted time
· There is PVC automatic feeding conveyer assembled to the machine, so that the labor safety is assured
· Good dynamical balance processing, so that there is not shaking and lower noise while the machine is running
· The whole set can be handled by only one operator
