Specifications:
As per Vietnam standard for rice export. Price: to be negotiated 01 before each shipment period. Quantity: 500,000MT (+/- 5%) with 50,000 MT per month Shipment: in 2006 Packing: in PP bags of 50 kgs net each and fit for sea transportation Payment: by irrevocable confirmed L/C at sight with T.T. Reimbursement opened by a prime world bank acceptable to the Seller within 5 days after contact signing. L/C to be available at any bank in Hochiminh City and payable for 100% contract value within 03 working days after receipt of tested telex from negotiating bank certifying the conformity of the shipping documents with the terms and conditions of the L/C. All banking charges inside Vietnam at Sellers account. All banking charges outside Vietnam at Buyers account

REMARKS:
* If the product is from Argentina we can give POP along with the
final contract.
* CIF ASWP incoterms.
* Prices are subject to Seller's final confirmation until the issuance
of the LC.
* All rates are in US$ (United States Dollars).
* If LC in not FFDLC for the whole value and it is DRLC, the price
will be increased around UD$5.00/MT aprox. according with the
characteristics of the project.
* Non-Transferable LC = US$8.00/MT.
* Commodity is free from mold, unnatural odors, chemicals and insects.
