non-transferable, RLC.
Maturity date is 2 years and 38 days from date of
issue. First draw down on the LC takes place 1 year
and 38 days with each subsequent draw down in 30 day
increments.
2. Stand By LC. Maturity date is 1 year and 45 days.
3. Band Guarantee. Maturity date is 1 year and 45
days.
4. Security deposit. Buyer opens BG or SBLC for last
3 shipments of
The contract. First 9 shipments paid via TT or LC at
sight.
It is important to understand that the buyers bank
still controls the
Release of the funds based upon the contract between
the seller and
The buyer and the documents required for payments.
Further to that, in options 1, 2, and 3, seller
delivers one years worth of product to the buyer
before they draw down one dime on the Bank Instrument.
The buyer has absolutely no risk involved in this
purchase.

clearance of the bank

-If seller cannot perform the guarantee, a 105% refund
of the face
