The computerized automatic cushion filling machine line can be used for sleeping pillow, cushion, sofa, chair pads etc.
The material application can be conjugate hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
The whole line can be handled by only operator that only replacing the pillow cases; as it is controlled by Siemens PLC control system with time flow weighing system.
If a 600g pillow filling, it will be handled for 6pcs per minute.
It is simple operation, stable and reliable quality which is easy to be understanding by the operators.
