This machine is one of the newest innovations we have been producing recently and it represents an important step forward in the safety for the trimming of cast metal pieces.
It is a completely automatic Cartesian Axis Machine, allowing to program easily the motion of the piece. It is produced with a wide memory able to store up to 200 different working programs.
The axes are moved by a numeric control system, that allows to interpolate all the axes movements. The extreme precision of this system allows a perfect and continuous production, with the possibility to carry out shaped cuts, rays and arcs. Once started the program, the operator must only replace the finished piece with a new one.
The machine automatically recognize if the piece is in correct position, and starts the operation. This allows to cancel production dead times obtaining high quality pieces.
The constant power and the precision of the machine allow the cutting blade saw to last for a longer time, thus getting more cutting perfection and precision. This cutting machine allows the operator to work in an extremely safe, automatic and comfortable way, reducing tiredness and risks with the consequent increase of productivity
