Lost foam casting process, known as "casting technology in 21 century"
is used here for producing various kinds of premium quality and
precision casting with quite complicated inside cavities.
Our factory is install with four sets of hydraulic foaming machines,
one molding line ,two sets of one ton mid-frequency induction furnaces,
as well as full sets of chemical and physical instruments.
The typical products are gray iron/ductile iron/carbon steel/
stainless steel/high chrome wear£¨castings ,
thermal resistant castings and steel castings with yearly capability of 5000 metric tons.
Our castings are supplied to customers in U.S.A.,Europe , Japan ,Singapore ,Malaysia,and others.
The lost foam casting technique our company used,is suitable toproduce each-types unusual-shape
part with complex constractureand high accuracy requirement.
